When you fill out our contact form or write to us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

We use this information exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare a commercial proposal, and provide our accounting, tax and advisory services. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share what you submit through the contact form or WhatsApp with third parties for marketing purposes. Browsing data collected through the cookies described in section 3 is shared with Meta, and only if you consent to it.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site works without non-essential cookies. If you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit, we load the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how the site is used and to show you our ads on those platforms.

When active, the pixel shares with Meta your IP address, browser information, the pages you visit on this site and whether you submitted the contact form. It does not send the content of your message or the data you type into the form. If you decline, the pixel is never loaded and nothing is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

4. WhatsApp communications

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages may be processed with the help of automated tools (including an AI-assisted virtual assistant) to answer frequently asked questions and route your inquiry to a member of our team. Conversations may be logged internally for quality and follow-up purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law.
